Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s patent application invention 1) invention title: The filing date/application number 2) of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation practice system using an automatic external motive: Claim No. 10-201-0139031, Dec. 21, 2011; Claim No. 1 / 201 / 101 / Claim No. 3) Claim No. / Claim No. 1 / Claim No. 1 / Claim No. 1 / Claim No. 1 / Claim No. 3 as “Madin” in the specification (Evidence No. 1) of the application invention for Madining, the applicant shall be placed at “Madin” in accordance with the correct Madton method.
