1. The Defendant is jointly and severally with Nonparty B, as to KRW 54,864,442 and KRW 25,715,969 among them, from May 8, 2014.

Reasons

1. On December 31, 2001, the Plaintiff borrowed 27 million won to B on December 31, 2001, 15% per annum of delay damage rate, and due date of repayment on December 31, 201, and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed B’s obligation. Accordingly, the Plaintiff sought reimbursement of the principal and interest of the loan.
