Defendant

The rest of the Defendants except I are the members of the Korean Metals Association(hereinafter referred to as the modern MM union) and the defendant I was the deputy secretary-general of the modern MM union.

Modern MM was engaged in a strike from November 15, 2010 to December 25 of the same year, which occupied a factory of Ulsan Motor Co., Ltd. for 25 days. After the strike, many members of the modern MM including the Defendants were dismissed, and around February 201, the NN, etc. of Hyundai MM was resigned from the branch.

Since then, the Hyundai Motor Vehicle M&A organized an emergency response committee to elect theO as the chairperson of the emergency response committee, requiring the “non-regularization of the office-regular workers, reinstatement to the office, and guarantee of access to the Ulsan Factory to understand.” In addition, the Hyundai Motor Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. held, as shown in the attached list of crimes, such as the “outstanding promotion,” the “resolution of union members,” the “in-depth promotion of union members,” and the “in-depth promotion of union members,” etc.

A.
