1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 16, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
The Defendant borrowed 200,000,000 won from the Plaintiff on August 27, 2009 as interest rate of 1% per month, and as of August 27, 2010, and as of August 27, 2010, the fact that the Defendant did not pay 150,000,000 won to the present. There is no dispute between the parties.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 150,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 16, 2014 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served, as requested by the plaintiff.
