1. The defendant completed on January 15, 2009 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the Schedule of the attached Table to the plaintiff, as the receipt C (Supplement number D).

Reasons

1. A claim for the cancellation of registration of creation of mortgage which causes the extinction of secured claim due to the indication of claim;
