1. The defendant shall pay 80 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 1, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments set forth in subparagraphs A and 2, the Plaintiff’s loans to the Defendant each of KRW 10 million on August 6, 2017 and KRW 70 million on August 18, 2017.
The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 80 million won with 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 1, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
Although the defendant asserts that part of the above loans were repaid, there is no evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
