Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving B K5 cars.
On October 25, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.070% of blood alcohol concentration on 14:11, 201, was driving at a speed of about 60 km from the high sprinking distance room to the front side of the color police box 750-1, in a speed of ice-sprink at the speed of 50km.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) in a section of approximately 7 km from the date and time border specified in the above Paragraph (1) and from the road near the Defendant’s residence located at the Si of Masung to the road in front of the police box for the color patrol box 750-1, the Defendant driven BK-5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.070%, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.070%.
