1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 61,706,049 and KRW 58,806,027 among them, from August 13, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the "creditor" is changed into "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is changed to "Defendant", respectively. (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
