1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 824,737,779 and KRW 761,606,016 among them, from January 21, 2006, KRW 63,131,763.

Reasons

1. A claim for the extension of the extinctive prescription of a claim for judgment as stipulated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition of the Supreme Court Decision 2007Gahap685 Decided July 27, 2007, rendered on August 14, 2007 between the above parties to the claim (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
