2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On October 12, 201, the Plaintiff of the instant accident, at around 12:50, conflict with the rocketing car volume driven by B at the front of the exit 8, 1087, the route in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, while driving Otoba without a driver’s license, while driving Otoba.

As a result of investigating the instant accident based on the relevant person’s statement, road form, and road traffic agency’s on-site investigation results, the relevant police station, which is the competent police station in charge of investigating the instant accident, identified the Plaintiff as the perpetrator. The Plaintiff filed an objection, filed a request for information disclosure, and filed an objection to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

The Seoul District Police Agency, on August 28, 2012, issued a reinspection of the instant accident on August 28, 2012, notified that it is appropriate to conduct a traffic accident investigation by the Sejong Cancer Police Agency, and determined that the private traffic accident deliberation committee held on May 30, 2013, which was held on May 30, 2013, was appropriate for the investigation of the accident by five members.

C. On May 15, 2012, the head of the relevant police station of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which drafted and corrected the traffic accident confirmation center, filed an administrative appeal with the intent to seek revocation of the said traffic accident confirmation center on August 21, 2012, and the Central Administrative Appeals Commission dismissed the said appeal on October 30, 2012, on the ground that: (a) the two-wheeled vehicle of the Plaintiff’s operation, bypassing the intersection of the road to the direction of the U.S. elementary school; (b) contacted with the one-lane in the direction of the U.S. elementary school in the direction of the U.S. pursuant to the new subparagraph; and (c) in contact with the two-lanes in the direction of the U.S. elementary school; and (b) the Plaintiff sought revocation of the said traffic accident confirmation center.

On April 22, 2013, the Chief of the Police Station of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City is from the Commissioner of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Agency to confirm traffic accidents.
