1. The Defendants are attached Form 1. A cadastral status survey map in accordance with attached Form 2.1, among the land size of 336 square meters in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

Reasons

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties or may be acknowledged by taking into account the following facts: Gap evidence 1-1, 2, Gap evidence 3, 4, Eul evidence 1-1, 2-1, 2-2, and Eul evidence 2-1, 2-6; the result of the on-site inspection conducted by this court; the whole purport of arguments as a result of the survey and appraisal conducted by appraiser G.

The Plaintiffs received a successful bid on May 10, 2012 and paid the proceeds of sale, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each 1/2 share on May 10, 2012.

(hereinafter referred to as “land and housing owned by the plaintiffs”). (b)

Defendant C received a successful bid on May 24, 199 with respect to H large 574 square meters and above-ground housing buildings that are directly adjacent to the land owned by the Plaintiffs, and paid the proceeds therefrom, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 3, 1999.

(hereinafter referred to as “Defendant C’s land and housing”). In the above Defendant C’s housing, Defendant D and her husband live with Defendant C.

C. Following the housing unit of the land owned by the plaintiffs, the end of the land owned by the defendant C is located.

After the housing owned by the plaintiffs, trees are planted and trees are filled up.

As a result of the survey and appraisal conducted by appraiser G, among the land owned by the plaintiffs, attached Form 2. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 11 attached hereto, which are attached Table 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 11 attached hereto, the land owned by the plaintiffs was used as mail by the defendants, such as planting trees, 2, 3, 16, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 24 square meters of the land owned by the plaintiffs.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, among the land owned by the plaintiffs owned by the defendants against the plaintiffs, the defendants connect each point of the attached Form 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 11, as shown in the appraisal status map.
