On November 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 28, 2012 and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Seoul Southern District Court on October 5, 2013, and was punished for the same crime, such as habitual fraud, up to 25 times.

On October 24, 2013, the Defendant, at the main point of “K” operated by the Victim J in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the part of October 24, 2013, held that the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the price even if he/she was provided with alcohol or alcohol, on the part of the Defendant who ordered the alcohol or alcohol and exercised that payment as if he/she had paid the price.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim and combines the market price of 15 diseases, 4 diseases, 1 Japan, and 2 kimchi from the victim, namely, the Kafri 15 diseases, 4 diseases, 4 weeks, and 2 kimchis.
