On December 10, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court on December 10, 2007, and on January 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won at least twice.

In addition, on May 17, 2012, the defendant filed a summary order with the Busan District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On June 9, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.073% of blood alcohol level around 23:28, 2012, driven B Lone Star or Rocoming vehicle in the section of approximately 2km from the front of the square in the Geum-gu, Busan in the Geumdong-gu, Busan, to the front of the square in the Geum-gu, Busan.
