However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is the husband of the victim C, and the father of the victim D.

1. 이어서 피고인은 창고에 보관하고 있던 삽을 가지고 와 위 D이 피신하고 있던 작은방 문을 부수던 중 그 소리를 듣고 피고인의 폭행을 피하여 다른 방에 피신하고 있던 피해자가 거실로 나오자, 피해자에게 '니가 애들을 다 버려놨다'라고 말하며 피해자를 밀쳐 식탁에 뒷머리를 부딪히게 하고, 위험한 물건인 삽으로 바닥에 주저 앉아 있는 피해자의 정수리 부위를 1회 내리쳐 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 두피의 열린 상처 등의 상해를 가하였다.
