1. The Defendant:
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 4,560,000 and this shall apply thereto.

On March 25, 2013, which the Plaintiff concluded with the Defendant on March 25, 2013 with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (a security deposit: KRW 10 million, monthly rent: KRW 600,000: the lease term: Provided, That it was explicitly renewed until April 23, 2014, but the monthly rent was raised as KRW 680,00 from January 1, 2016), on the ground that the Defendant’s delay in rent was due to the indication of the claim, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract (a security deposit: KRW 10,000,000: KRW 60,000: KRW 60,000; and accordingly, the monthly rent was raised as KRW 68
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
