A. On December 1, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a deposit contract with the Defendant to deposit KRW 10,000 with a deposit account listed in attached Form 1 (hereinafter “instant deposit account”) with a maturity of one year, maturity of one year, and deposited the said amount into the said account. The name-free person immediately applied for the termination of the deposit contract of this case 19.38:54 on the same day, and through the Plaintiff’s authorized certificate through the ARS certification through the Plaintiff’s handphone and the OTP number certification.
