A. 1 Status of the Parties 1) Net C (D, hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”).

(2) At the end of April 1, 2013, the Defendant was a school safety mutual aid operator, a corporation established to conduct a mutual aid project for school safety accidents pursuant to the Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for School Safety Accidents (hereinafter “School Safety Act”), which is a school safety mutual aid operator to which the F Elementary School Head has entered.

B. 1) The Deceased’s death history, etc.: (a) was the disabled in the third degree in the mental body; (b) was a class in the special class in the year of 2012; (c) was placed in the middle class in the five years; (d) Non-disabled students and disabled students were placed in the two classes in the integrated class in which they take lessons together; and (e) took lessons of the remaining subjects in the middle class in the fifth and second grade except for taking lessons in Korean language and veterinary subjects in the special class at the F elementary school, and (e) during the class hours in the fifth and second grade in the science, the special education practice specialist provided the lessons in the name of the Deceased. (b) On April 1, 2013, the special education practice specialist in the second half of the fifth and second grade in the field in the special education practice and the sports instructor J took lessons in the playground, and (e) during the period from 09:50 to 100 meters in the sports class (800 meters in the middle).

3) On April 1, 2013, the Deceased attended the above sports classes on 09:50 on April 1, 2013, and, while other students are somewhat less than 150 meters of the two wheels of the sports ground (150 meters of the sports ground track length), the Deceased, along with I, moved to I to the place of departure for a long time at around 10:00 after carrying out a stress name and preparation campaign with other students at around 09:55, and then moving to I with I to the place of departure. 4) The Deceased quihing with I’s hand and her second wheels with the second wheels, 10:15, and 10:5, 100 square meters of the face of the sports ground.
