A. A. Around February 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract for a construction project before the F clan hall located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “F clan hall”) with the content that the Defendant will bear the remainder of the construction cost, while the remainder of the construction cost is to be borne by C, at KRW 175,000,000.

B. On December 2013, 2013, after the conclusion of the above contract, the Defendant and C drafted a letter of compliance with construction (hereinafter “each of the instant notes”) as follows.
