1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 810,00 won and from December 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on June 30, 2015, leased the real estate stated in the order of Paragraph (1) to the Defendant as KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 270,000, which was indicated in the order of Paragraph (1). However, as the Defendant’s termination of the contract from September 1, 2015 to late rent of KRW 270,00,00, the Plaintiff sought delivery of real estate and overdue rent, etc.
