A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 25, 2013, at around 14:25, the Defendant operated a car with EXE without a car driver’s license from around the night post office located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan to the front of the road located in the Busan Jin-dong.
