1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and the interest thereon from May 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

The Plaintiff supplied 91,315,880 won to Defendant B until April 30, 2014. Defendant B agreed to pay 91,315,880 won to the Plaintiff on May 8, 2014; Defendant B agreed to pay 31,315,880 won to the Plaintiff until May 30, 2014; KRW 31,315,880 won; KRW 30 million until June 30, 2014; KRW 30 million until July 30, 2014; KRW 30,000 won; KRW 25% per annum from May 1, 2014; Defendant C agreed to pay damages for delay plus KRW 25% per annum to the Plaintiff; Defendant C did not pay damages for delay at the rate of KRW 31,315,880 per annum from May 30, 2014; Defendant C agreed to pay damages for delay between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 10815% per annum.81.
