Of the instant lawsuits, the part of the claim for nullification of the resolution of April 30, 2019 shall be dismissed.
The plaintiff's remaining claims.
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is the management body in charge of the management of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Dong branch, and the plaintiff is the owner of the above B branch.
B. On April 30, 2019, the Defendant held a general meeting of the managing body of commercial buildings (hereinafter referred to as “managing body meeting of April 30, 2019”) on the 1st underground floor of the B World (hereinafter referred to as “managing body meeting of April 30, 2019”). On April 30, 2019, the management body meeting of April 30, 2019, the total sectional owners submitted a written resolution 26 persons among the 159 sectional owners, the proxy submission 40 persons, and the total number of 95 persons directly present was present, and the total number of 12,851.57 square meters of the total voting area was present.

On April 30, 2019, the Plaintiff sent a notice of convening a meeting of the management committee on December 3, 2019 with the approval of the resolution adopted at the meeting of the management committee on April 30, 2019 and the notification of convening the meeting of the management committee on March 12, 2019, to each sectional owner of B in the position of the Defendant’s chairperson on November 25, 2019, respectively.
E. The Defendant’s meeting of the managing body on December 3, 2019 is the temporary management body meeting of December 3, 2019 at the first basement level around December 10, 201 in accordance with the notice of convocation and the notice of convocation.
