1. The Defendant shall deliver the real estate indicated in the attached Form to the Plaintiff, and from April 28, 2018 to the completion date of delivery of the said real estate.
1. The Plaintiff, indicating the claim, leased the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 3 million, KRW 350,000,000 per month, KRW 350,000 per month, and KRW 12 months during the lease period. The Defendant, from May 2018, did not pay rent and management expenses, and the Plaintiff expressed his/her intent to request the Defendant to transfer the said real estate on September 29, 2018. As such, the same judgment as stated in the purport of the claim is sought by service by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
