1. The Defendants, on December 31, 1990, filed with the Plaintiff with respect to the land of 17,190 square meters in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun.
Reasons
1. A claim seeking the cancellation of the registration of creation of a collateral on the ground that the secured claim stated in the claim indication does not exist, and even if there exists such claim, the mortgagee E, the heir of the mortgagee, was extinguished due to the expiration of extinctive prescription
2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 150 (3) and 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
