[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on January 23, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 29, 2014. Defendant B was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery, etc. at the Daejeon High Court on April 10, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 30, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Special larceny;

A. At around 04:00 on September 15, 2013, the Defendants: (a) reported the network outside of Defendant B in front of the instant orchard-house and the orchard-house of the victim, and (b) entered the said low temperature-house knife, opened the said low temperature-house knife, and entered the said place, and entered the said place, with a company equivalent to the total amount of KRW 4,560,000 in the market value owned by the victim, eight paper gambling boxes (15) and 30 plastic boxes (1 gamblings and 30 copies per one gam), and then the Defendants were cut off with the said gamblings loaded into the Fpoter-house.

From around 00:00 to 03:55 on September 20, 2013, the Defendants conspired to unlawfully use the Plaintiff’s registration number plate, which was stolen, as prescribed in paragraph 1(b), was attached to the Fwitter vehicle operated by the Defendants, and used the Plaintiff’s car number plate, which was an air defense unit, by attaching the number plate to the Fwitter vehicle operated by the Defendants as prescribed in paragraph 1(b).

3. On September 20, 2013, at around 03:55, the Defendants of special robbery enter the L convenience points managed by the Victim K (Nam, 17 years of age) in the Chungcheongnam-gunJ of Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and Defendant A cannot drive excessively to the victim, and Defendant B is going up to the seat of the Kabter.
