1. The defendant, among the second floor of the building listed in the attached list, shall include Section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 1, respectively.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, from July 28, 2014 to April 27, 2015, the Plaintiff asserts that the sum of the rent in arrears by the Defendant exceeds 2 million won that the Plaintiff shall return to the Defendant. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim that the sum of the above overdue amount and the amount of the above guaranteed amount should be offset or deducted from an equal amount.
