1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. Of the appeal costs, the part arising between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a person who has concluded a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with the Plaintiff as to the C Oralba (hereinafter “Defendant Oralba”). The Plaintiff’s assistant concludes a repair contract with the Plaintiff as to the E Oralba (hereinafter “Plaintiff Oralba”) and entered into a siren contract with the Plaintiff during the repair period.
B. (1) On June 22, 2014, the Plaintiff and B participated in Dives, which moved to the South Yangyang-pacter, starting from the luxan lux on an 14:00 on June 22, 2014.

(5) At around 15:23:03 on the same day, the driver of a sirend vehicle stops at a point of 100 meters from the Hocheon-gun H Jeoncheon-gun, Hongcheon-do, Gangwon-do, and the Plaintiff passes ahead of the sirend vehicle beyond the median line, and then from around 15:23:05, the Plaintiff was behind the sirend vehicle from around 15:23:05, while lowering the speed of the Plaintiff’s own speed, and then the Plaintiff was behind the sirend vehicle beyond the median line, which was nearly stopped at around 15:23:09.
