1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,068,783 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 17, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From January 1, 2015 to April 8, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the product amounting to KRW 160,238,883, such as “Yedong and Aluminium,” etc. However, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 85,170,100 until October 20, 2015, and thus, the Plaintiff demanded KRW 75,068,783, the remainder of the judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
