1. On November 8, 2016, the Defendant caused the termination of the entrustment contract with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On May 12, 2014, the Plaintiff’s purpose of recognition is to: (a) between B and the Defendant’s agent for trucking transport business; (b) as to the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet in which the ownership transfer registration is made in the name of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”); (c) as to the motor vehicle ownership of the instant motor vehicle; (d) the Defendant, while substantially owning the ownership of the instant motor vehicle; and (e) on the contrary, within the country, managed and operated the motor vehicle upon being entrusted by the Plaintiff; and (e) the Defendant, instead, made a vehicle-oriented management contract (hereinafter “instant vehicle-oriented management contract”) with the terms that the Defendant would pay the Plaintiff management fees, etc.; and (e) there is no dispute between the parties or that the seal imprint of the Defendant’s name would be the Defendant’s seal seal; and (e) comprehensively taking account of the entire purport of the entry and pleading in Gap’s evidence No. 9, the Plaintiff’s expression of intent to enter the Defendant’s seal and seal imprint of the Defendant’s name following the Defendant’s cancellation of the entire agreement.
