On November 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Illegal Check Control Act at the Cheongju District Court on November 2, 2010, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 10, 2010.

Around November 17, 2009, the Defendant, along with D, F, G, I, and J, obtained goods worth KRW 467,247,895 won in total at the market price of 20 times in total, including those supplied with pigs at 17,321,635 won in the market price from the victim M, by posting a phone to N, an employee of the victim M, even though the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay for the goods even if he was supplied with the goods.
