On January 18, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective deadly weapon, etc.), in the early branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 20, 2012.

1. B. At around 14:00 on January 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim, the victim of the E-building, as indicated in paragraph (1), to provide “the payment of funeral” to the victim; (b) was rejected; (c) the Defendant: (a) was softending the beer and beer with the beer disease located in the air conditioners; and (d) was collected with electric scam and beer with the beer, etc.; (b) destroyed the door managed by the victim in a total of KRW 550,00 in repair cost; (c) approximately 30,000 in small 80,000,000 in total of the market price owned by the victim; and (d) one electric scam and 2 accompanying 860,000,000 won in total; and (e) one electric cambling with the 230,000 won in total of exchange cost.
