2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff obtained a housing manager qualification on December 18, 2002, and served as a housing manager in B, a housing management business entity registered for housing management business. From April 1, 2014, the Plaintiff served as the head of the management office from the management office of C Apartment located in Busan Metropolitan Government as the head of the management office.

B. On February 5, 2015, in Busan District Court Decision 2014Da6638, the Plaintiff was imposed an administrative fine of KRW 3 million on the ground that “A corporation B violated the provisions of the Housing Act on the public announcement of the selection of a service provider under the Housing Act,” and the notification of the administrative disposition to be submitted at the time of the selection of the service provider was anticipated to suffer disadvantages in the bidding process. On June 12, 2012, the Plaintiff and D ordered E to remove the response of the request for the confirmation of the administrative disposition under the name of the head of the private Gu, and E to remove the response by using the computer, and submit the aforementioned notification to the head of the Gu within the recent five years (the date of application for the confirmation of forgery or forgery) in the column “content” column of the image of the cans, and then submit the notification to the head of the Gu within the scope of 2010,000,000,000 to 216,000.”

On September 16, 2013, the Plaintiff instructed F to close the details of the response to the request for confirmation of administrative disposition under the name of the head of the Gu, and F to set forth that F would not have been subject to an administrative disposition, such as business suspension, in relation to the management of multi-family housing (from December 13, 2010 to December 2013) in the column for “content” of image of the cans.
