1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the real estate stated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff is a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project association established for the purpose of implementing a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project for approximately approximately 80,000 square meters in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and on February 17, 2015, after obtaining authorization from the head of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the management and disposal plan for the above project from the head of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Plaintiff seeks to transfer the portion of possession to the Defendant, who is the occupant of real estate listed in the attached list in the above project area (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
