A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall sell, lend or distribute drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.
Nevertheless, at around 18:00 on February 27, 2019, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages worth KRW 39,000,000, to 5 juveniles, including D (17 years of age), without confirming the identity at the first floor C restaurant of the building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
