A. On November 10, 2010, the Defendant entered into a search and farming project design service contract between the Defendant and the ordering office with Vietnam Trade-Advertisements-Construction-Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the ordering office”), and entered into a golf course design and advisory service contract for the search and farming and fishing village design and advisory service contract for USD 2,00,000 (including value-added tax) with respect to “the search and fishing village design and advisory service contract for the search and fishing village project in the Vietnam Franchi City project” (hereinafter “the search and farming project”).

(hereinafter referred to as “the search and farming project design service contract”). Under the design service contract for the search and farming project, ① the Defendant submitted to the ordering office for the performance results of each stage leading to the master plan, 1/500 drawings and storage work (1/50 Plring work, 1/500 Plring work) after concluding the contract, and verified, ② the ordering office obtained the construction permission from the administrative office on August 8, 201, and ③ the Defendant is scheduled to proceed with the rest of the working design. However, it is stated that the process may be delayed depending on the local circumstances in Vietnam.

B. On January 12, 201, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a golf course design service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Defendant with the content that the Plaintiff entered into a golf course design service contract with the content that the design business portion of 36 holes of the golf course in the search and forestry project design service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the total contract amount of KRW 510,00,000 (excluding value-added tax).
