A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

However, as to Defendant B, the same shall apply.

The Defendants of "2018 Highest 3930" are not the handlers of narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2018, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and 102, inserted approximately 0.02 g of Meblopon, a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection instrument, and injected it by means of injecting it into the left blood line.

B. On July 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.02g of philopon at the Defendant’s residence and approximately 0.02g of philopon in the same manner as the indicated in the said paragraph.

On July 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received an instruction from the purchaser of the phiphone to put the phiphone into a mobile Internet-based marketing book via “F”; (b) received KRW 1750,000 from B to the agricultural bank account in the Defendant’s mother G name; (c) received KRW 1750,000 from the purchaser of the phiphone; (d) around 18:45 on the same day, in the postal service located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant sent KRW 50,00,000 out of the sales proceeds to the said sales book.

Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones in collusion with books to sell philophones.

On July 21, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that the Defendant took approximately 0.3g of philophones at the dwelling of the Defendant, put them into a gambling place, put them into a drama, and inhales them through a philophone inhaled by a philophone inhaled in a way that philophone inhaleds made by drinking water.
