Indication of claim: A loan that the plaintiff set up and lent KRW 200 million to the defendant on December 29, 2017 as of March 29, 2018, and a claim for damages for delay calculated at the respective rates prescribed in the Civil Act and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 30, 2018, the date following the due date for repayment.
