However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 01:48, the victim C in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who carried out drinking in the above scam with an employee, was able to enter the said scam in a scambling state; (b) however, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s scam or business by preventing the victim from entering the scam in a scambing state by drinking the scam and preventing the victim from entering the scambling state; and (c) preventing the victim from entering the scambling state by force.

When the Defendant avoided disturbance at the same time and place as above Paragraph 1, and obstructed C’s business, the Defendant obstructed C’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the receipt of report by the police officer and the handling of the case and the suppression of crime by assaulting the F’s chest on three occasions, who was called out after receiving C’s 112 report, and explained that C’s slopeF belonging to the Seoul Southern Police Station Edistrict, cannot enter the drinking with a view to drinking alcohol, and even if he was able to have the sway returned to Korea, he refused it, and he expressed her desire to “this sway” to the swayF, and interfered with the police officer’s 112 handling of the case and the suppression of crime.
