1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is that of the corresponding part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where part of the judgment of the court of first instance is dismissed or any part of the judgment is added as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is not sufficient to acknowledge the plaintiffs' assertion as the evidence additionally submitted by this court, and as a result of the entrustment of the examination of medical records to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency of this court, each of the fact-finding results to the high university uniform hospital of the court of first instance and the shipping substitute hospital of the court of first instance.
2. On the 6th page of the judgment of the court of first instance, the following shall be added to a part which is dismissed or added:
Unlike the medical staff of the Defendant hospital, it was true that the medical staff of the Maritime Bag Hospital implemented both the Act on the Access to the Bagy and the Act on the Access to the Bagy. However, this was added on the basis of the ex post facto decision that the additional pressure and more solidness need not be greatly improved after the first operation of the instant case, which was implemented only by the Act on the Access to the Bagy, and it is not a circumstance supporting the Plaintiffs’ assertion that only the implementation of the Act on the Access to the Bagy of the Bagy. The part of the first instance judgment No. 6, No. 12 of the “No. 3” was conducted as follows.
[3] On November 24, 2014, the medical personnel at the Shipping Woman Hospital stated the possibility of the cT and MRI test of the Plaintiff A, which was conducted at the above hospital on November 24, 2014. However, the medical personnel at the Shipping Woman Hospital and the medical personnel at the Shipping TT and MRI radiation opinion (Evidence A No. 13-4 only stated that the continuity of the disc space No. 3-4 in the document No. 13 is likely to be doubtful: The continuity of the disc space No. 3-4 in the document No. 13, only stated only the "profal disease, including the isolation of the drilling signboard, the high scarmatic root, and the other neological species," and did not accurately diagnose the instant mar.
