The defendant is a person who has overall control over the affairs of the above credit cooperative as the president of the Saemaul Bank in Busan-gu, Busan-gu.

The loans to the same person of the Saemaul credit cooperative shall not exceed 20/100 of the total amount of investments and reserve funds of the relevant credit cooperative or 1/100 of the total amount of assets, except where the head of the Saemaul credit cooperative approves the loans to the same person, and the limit of loans to the same person of the said D Saemaul credit cooperative was KRW 952 million based on the person on June 30, 2015.

1. (State) Despite the excess limit loan of the same person with respect to Down KS, on August 3, 2015, the Defendant loaned KRW 950 million with respect to D Saemaul on the same day at D Saemaul Bank’s office, and it was difficult for the Defendant to grant additional loan, despite the fact that it was difficult for the Defendant to do so, in collusion with E and F, with the person in charge of the above F to obtain the loan of KRW 160 million in the name of the Defendant’s wife, and KRW 30 million in total from the above F’s Defendant’s wife’s wife, and granted KRW 1950 million in total in the name of Down KS and KRW 30 million in the name of the Defendant’s wife (State).

2. Around August 6, 2015, the Defendant extended a loan of KRW 800 million in total, including KRW 500 million on August 13, 2014, and KRW 200 million on August 6, 2015, at the foregoing D community credit cooperative office, and KRW 100 million on the loan of KRW 50 million on the loan of KRW 80 million on the loan of KRW 100,000,000 in the name of the Defendant, in collusion with E, E, E, and I under the name of the Defendant’s wife, and KRW 25,00,000,000 in the name of J, and KRW 20,000,000,000 in total, including KRW 59,500,000,00 in each name of KRW 20,000,000 on the loan of KRW 85,50,000,00.
