The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
The charge of violation of the Labor Standards Act that the Defendant did not pay the total of 21,716,850 won of wages of 29 workers on the payment date as stated in the attached list of crimes No. 109,70,000 on June 6, 2015 and July 2015 without agreement on the extension of the payment date, and that the Defendant did not pay the total of 21,716,850 won on the payment date, as shown in the attached list of crimes No. 100, is an offense against which the Defendant could not institute a public prosecution against the intent of the victim specified in Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act.
Since the victim withdraws his intention to punish the defendant, the prosecution against the above defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
