except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 11, 2018, the Defendant obstructed the victims’ work by force from April 11, 2018 to March 9, 2019 by force, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including: (a) the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in the “Ccafeteria” located in Gwangju-si; (b) obstructed the victims’ work by force for about 30 minutes, such as walking a trial cost to customers who are on food at the same place; (c) driving a large amount of sound by opening on the restaurant floor; and (d) interfere with the victim’s work by force.

2. Refusal to eviction;

A. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went into a refined landing point in Gwangju-si; and (b) was demanded to drink alcohol on the floor of the store; (c) drank alcohol; and (d) did not comply with the demand of the victim F, who was reported by the victim at around 112 on the same day; and (d) stayed in the store for about 30 minutes until the police officer dispatched after receiving a report at around 112 on the victim’s arrival; and (e) left the room for about 30 minutes until the victim arrives, and without good cause, the Defendant remains there.

B. C. On January 31, 2019, the Defendant came before the K Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in theJ of Gwangju City, and demanded that the Defendant move back to the store under the influence of alcohol, and returned to the store, but the Defendant did not comply with the demand, but did not comply with the demand, at around 16:33 of the same day, the Defendant stayed in the office for about 30 minutes until the police officer dispatched after receiving a report from the victim 112 and stayed in the office for about 16:33 of the same day
