However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[2017 Highest 1375] On May 24, 2017, the Defendant 11:10 on May 24, 2017, 201: (a) intruded the victim D with the fourth floor of the building located in Ansan-si Group C into “Esan Women” managed by the victim D; and (b) took food equivalent to approximately KRW 6,000 in the market price owned by the victim Embane and the victim Embs located in the food board.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim D, and stolen the property owned by the victim Esanbu and the victim E.

[2017 Highest 1767] On June 16, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the six floors of the H hospital affiliated with the victim G in Ansan-si, the Hasan-si, a member G, with a view to eating food in the market price of the victim G, which was located in the food board. The Defendant stolen fins and bread in the city of the non-victim’s market price owned by the victim, within the cooling house located in the end of the same floor at the end of the corridor.

On June 17, 2017, the Defendant affected a structure: (a) entered and intruded for the purpose of theft of food and drink provided to hospitalized patients to the members C of Ansan-si, a building owned by the victim I located on the fourth floor of the building; and (b) Epic and the victim I. On June 17, 2017; (c) on the date and time stated in paragraph (1) and at a place where the thief was placed on the food board, the Defendant stolen food and drinked the amount of KRW 6,00,000 owned by the said victim.
