A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Defendant

A does not pay the above fine.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a singing room with the trade name of “Esing practice room” in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D2, and a singing practice room business operator shall not sell or provide alcoholic beverages at a place of business, or employ or arrange a service loan.

A. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested from three male descendants, such as F, to send a letter of helper; and (b) demanded from three male descendants, such as G, to B, an operator of “G news bank” to send a letter of helper; and (c) demanded from H, I, and J to 25,000 won per hour each to arrive at the said business establishment; and (d) arranged to provide entertainment services by allowing male descendants to talk with them or drink alcohol, etc.

B. The Defendant sold alcoholic beverages at the above temporary location by providing a total of 18,000 won of the market price, such as a car can cans, beer, six beer, etc., upon the request of three of the above male grandchildren to put alcoholic beverages into alcoholic beverages.

2. Upon receipt of the communication that Defendant B, from around April 2013 to around June 2013, recruited women who will work in a singing room, and then requires the helper from the singing room operators, Defendant B had been engaged in the business of “news” in which the Defendant supplied the helper managed by the Defendant to singing room using the K Carncom.

(a) No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall have juveniles drink alcoholic beverages with customers, sing or dance, etc. to instigate guests to provide entertainment services for the purpose of making profits;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 23:30 on June 19, 2013, called the “E K Kinginginging practice room business” from the said owner of the “E K King practice room” and visited H(16 years old), I(17 years old), and J(n, 17 years old) of a juvenile who had been known prior to the towing, and then the Defendant was 25,000 won per hour at the singing room.
