1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,815,820 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from July 9, 2015 to January 21, 2016.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the remainder of the unpaid amount out of the total amount of goods (frigerent and annual steel board) supplied to the Defendant from May 8, 2015 to July 8, 2015; and (b) the claim for damages for delay as to the unpaid amount of KRW 22,815,820;
