On April 12, 2014, at around 03:05, the Defendant discovered that C was locked by drinking alcohol on the “Cheongju” sperm located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and subsequently stolen 13,000 won in cash and 2 foreign currency from the wall on which C was contained in the victim’s left Australia.

1. The reason for sentencing the police statement against C is that the defendant committed the instant crime during the same repeated offense period, and the nature of the crime is not good.

However, considering the fact that the damage of the crime of this case is minor, the victim is not subject to the punishment of the defendant, the defendant has a hearing impairment and the recognition ability does not reach the general public, D who currently reports the defendant, and E couple's efforts to prevent recidivism, and other circumstances such as the defendant's age, character, conduct and environment, it is judged that the choice of imprisonment for the defendant is harsh, and the decision of fine is made, but the amount of fine is considered when determining the amount of fine which is disadvantageous to the defendant, such as the defendant's records of the same criminal conduct.
