1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

[criminal record] On August 4, 2008, Defendant A was sentenced to five years of imprisonment by the Seoul High Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) and released on August 14, 2012, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on October 3, 2012.

[Public invitation relation] F and G were directors of H (hereinafter “H”) for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, leasing, etc. Stick photographs, I was the vice president of H and managed the Seoul J business office, K was the former director of the Seoul J business office, Defendant A was the former director of the Seoul J business office, Defendant A was the former director of the Seoul J business office, and Defendant B was the former director of the Busan J business office.

F and G, along with L, directors M, and regular N, etc., produced and sold a boiler photographer of the name "O" and "P" under the name of H representative director, and made profits therefrom low, and made an agreement with I, K, and Defendant A to pay high-amount allowances and offered sales services around August 2013.
