2. Pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended on September 25, 2015 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act), an annual interest rate of 20% under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and the annual interest rate of 15% from October 1, 2015, respectively, shall be applicable.
