1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 30, 2012 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the statement No. 2 of the judgment on the cause of the claim No. 2, Defendant C agreed on March 30, 2010 to pay KRW 50,000,000 between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff for interest rate of 20% per annum and maturity of 30 March 30, 2012, and Defendant D’s joint and several liability is recognized.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 47 million after deducting the remainder of KRW 3,000,000 that the Plaintiff had received from the Defendants from the said KRW 50,000,000, and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 30, 2012 to the date of full payment sought by the Plaintiff.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is with merit.
