Reasons
1. Indication of claims: as shown in the Appendix “the cause of the claim and the cause of the modified claim”; and
(However, at the first date of pleading, the Plaintiff corrected the purport of the claim as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article into “joint correction by the Defendant.”
